Admin office
Our admin office will close at 3pm on Tuesday 23 December 2025, and will remain closed on 24, 25 & 26 December 2025 and 1 January 2026.
We will be open, with reduced hours, on 29, 30, and 31 December 2025, and 2 January 2026.

Our helpline 0345 130 7329 will remain open daily from 9am – 9pm throughout the holiday period, but please note it is run by volunteers from home, so you may reach voicemail. Please leave a message including your name and number, and our helpline operator will return your call as soon as possible.
