I was really excited to be asked to join the challenge for Behçet’s UK as I am so competitive. To then find out it was with fellow Behçet’s patients, workers and supporters I couldn’t say no! It has been so nice to be in a community cheering each other on and seeing each other’s progress. When I’ve felt tired, low or in a flare this challenge has spurred me on and given me purpose. I have also met some great friends along the way and I can’t wait to meet up in person sometime soon.
