Behçet’s is very prominent in this year’s RCN Patient’s Choice Award!
⭐ The Arches District Nursing team (Choice D) have been nominated by Janette, who has Behçet’s, for everything they have done to support her. If you’re a member of Behçet’s UK, you will be able to read more about Janette’s story in the forthcoming autumn newsletter.
⭐ Chloë, who also has Behçet’s, is a nomination herself (Choice A). Chloë is a nurse who has done fantastic work supporting a young boy who has cerebral palsy and profound learning disabilities. Furthermore, she is also the only disabled nurse with an assistance dog working in the UK and provides global online support to other people with disabilities.
