26 September @ 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm

Looking for a relaxed way to unwind, try something new, and connect with people who get it?

The Northern Ireland Support Group are meeting for a casual creative writing and wellbeing afternoon, and invite anyone affected by Behçet’s and living in Northern Ireland to join them.

Why you should join us:

  • Discover your inner writer: We will play around with some easy, fun poetry or prose prompts. No experience needed at all!
  • Boost your mood: We will finish with a short, uplifting gratitude diary session -which is a proven, gentle way to bring a little extra positivity to your day.
  • Great company: It is the perfect, pressure-free excuse to grab a cuppa, have a chat, and share experiences with our wonderfully supportive group.

Absolutely everyone is welcome, whether you are a seasoned writer or haven’t picked up a pen since school.
