Men’s Online Behçet’s Support Group Meeting

18 November @ 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Free

Behçet’s UK Chair, Tony Thornburn, is hosting the first Men’s Behçet’s Support Group Zoom on Tuesday, 18 November 2025, 19:30 – 21:00.

This group provides a space for men living with Behçet’s to connect, share experiences, and discuss the challenges they face in daily life. Whether it’s managing symptoms, treatment routines, work, or personal goals, group members can exchange practical advice and strategies in a supportive, respectful environment.

The group is open to men aged 18 or over living in the UK who are diagnosed with (or seeking a diagnosis of) Behçet’s.

Meeting topic: General meeting

This session will be a general support group meeting, where everyone can chat and ask questions. Tony will guide the discussion based on your input.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you’d like to learn more about our support groups, please view our Frequently Asked Questions.  If you have any other questions, please feel free to email us at info@behcetsuk.org

Remember

Behçet’s Support Groups are run by volunteers with personal experience of Behçet’s or long-term involvement in the Behçet’s community. While Behçet’s UK and our volunteers cannot provide medical advice, we can guide you to reliable information. Hearing about what has worked for others can also support your conversations with your own healthcare team.

Our groups offer peer support – stories and tips shared in the groups reflect individual experiences. What works, or doesn’t work, for one person may not be the same for others. You must never delay seeking medical advice, ignore professional guidance, or stop/change your treatment based on information shared in support group meetings.
